i just ordered a custom tuff tether, i just looked up leash labs and it looks like the same thing if im not wrong just with slight differences plus the magnet. personally i would go with tuff tether because i know way more about it and hear everyone talk about them and this is my first time hearing if leash labs Quartz in boost evo atomizer broke. I have Tuff tethers and it hold ur cap off to the side without a magnet. It honestly comes down to the look I like the look of Tuff tethers more but the quality is probably very similar. Maybe someone with leashes can comment their experience.
